Full Pool Maintenance Plan: The Defender of Key Biscayne Pools

Our goal is to give all residents of Key Biscayne, FL the simple joy of enjoying their swimming pools with no maintenance headaches. To keep your pool water healthy, blue and clear simply maintain correct water level, run the pool equipment, and notify us of any issues. The Pool Guys of Key Biscayne technicians do the rest. Pool owners on this Full Plan are visited weekly (during Fall and Winter twice a month is optional) by an experienced and insured Key Biscayne pool specialist.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We brush your pool (steps, tiles, walls).

We net your pool.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We vacuum your pool.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We check your pool equipment.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.

We test your pool water and apply chemicals and minerals to keep your water in peak condition.

We verify your swimming pool cleaner operation.

Your Duties

Maintain correct water level.

Keep the pool equipment operating approving repairs when necessary.

Report to us any sightings of swimming pool issues.

Stabilizer treatments quarterly.

There could be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Monthly price based on a four week billing cycle.

From October till March of each year we offer twice a month pool maintenance for Key Biscayne residents.

Necessary Stabilizer & Filter Cleanings

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are required for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to remove phosphates, boost the stabilizer and perform a filter cleaning with acid. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for customers on our weekly service plans.
